Desde mi punto de vista estaria bueno y de esa manera se evitaria que muchos de los chicos esten todo el dia en la calle fumando y demas.

Además se podrían completar las filas sin tener que pagar sueldos...
El soldado voluntario podría transformarse en soldado profesional, con un mejor sueldo para atraer más gente, digamos unos 50.000, y que el servicio militar obligatorio aporte otros 50.000 hombres para la reserva y tareas secundarias.
