This would not be anything strange, if not on board the aircraft sported a sign Barsov Aviation Museum, Surgut, Yugra. Search in the same Internet has given the aircraft, previously owned by Hiller Aviation Museum, bought by Russian businessman and pilot Eugene Barsov, created for them in Surgut Aviation Museum. The plane flew to Lappeenranta from the U.S. and have only to wait for its arrival on the Russian soil.
