Cargo is carried in special containers, on pallets or as bulk cargo. With the airborne cargo handling device automatically controlled by operator, rolling and winch equipment ensures easy cargo loading and unloading, drive in/out of vehicles process. Besides the An-74-200 features the unique capability of rear ramp retracting under the fuselage allowing to minimize further loading and unloading time.</p><p></p><p><strong>Cargo and passenger transportation in convertible cargo-passenger transport </strong></p><p>The An-74-200 in transport convertible mission profile is easily and quickly converted by crew from cargo to passenger (up to 52 passengers) layout within only 60 minutes without any external support. </p><p>Mixed transportation variants are also available including transportation of 12 passengers and 6 tons of cargo and 20 passengers and 4.5 tons of cargo accordingly. </p><p>Additional equipment: </p><p>convertible passenger seats;</p><p>folded overhead bins;</p><p>heat and noise isolating partition;</p><p>air-condition system;</p><p>type I emergency exit;</p><p>galley</p><p>attendant's seat. </p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>TRANSPORTATION OF UP TO 52 Passengers</strong>In passenger variant the cabin layout undergoes several major changes. For over 8 hours the aircraft can perform a typical maritime mission with the cruising speed of 295-300 km/h surveying area of 120x140 km.
