The flight was on its way from Vancouver, Canada via Toronto, Montreal and London, UK to India.</strong></p><p></p><p>The closing arguments have been made in the trial of two Sikh men charged with the 1985 bombing of an Air India aircraft.</p><p></p><p>Ripudaman Singh Malik and Ajaib Singh Bagri are accused of planting a bomb on an Air India flight from Montreal, Canada to New Delhi, India. Flight 182 exploded over the Atlantic Ocean on 23 June 1985, killing all 329 people on board. The pair were also charged over a bomb that killed two baggage handlers when it exploded an hour earlier at Tokyo's Narita Airport.</p><p></p><p>The trial began in April 2003 following an 18-year investigation and 115 witnesses were called.
