El tema radica en que si hubo estudios previos de parte de personal técnico (de la EST si no la pifió) hecho por el EA, eso es innegable. En varias expos estaban los prototipos para ver y sostener. Pero, creo que quedó claro que conviene por costos y velocidad (cierredeboca) comprar a DS arms...

Podría ser eso si pero la versión Carabina ya esta

Y que hace uno o dos años adquirieron kits ds modificación a la empresa.

Los YAK 130 fueron elegidos por los técnicos de la FAU luego de que se frustrara la compra de los F5 Suizos, con Mujica (y con Huidobro Fernández) se tenía mas chances de adquirir nuevos vectores pero quedo en nada. Hace poco se fueron a ver unos aviones chinos por invitación pero nada mas que eso.

El problema es que el gobiernos tiene una política revanchista contra las FFAA, es por eso que siempre busca la manera de recortar el presupuesto, o nuevos proyectos como la reforma de la caja militar.

The Aermacchi M-345 is the latest military pilot trainer aircraft developed by Leonardo's Aircraft Division. Aimed at the basic-advanced phases of the training syllabus, it will offer low acquisition and operating costs. The aircraft is intended to replace the current Italian Air Force MB.339A fleet, also re-equipping its famous “Frecce Tricolori” aerobatic team.

The new M-345 aims to offer the superior performance and training effectiveness typical of a jet aircraft at costs comparable to high-powered turboprop trainers. Thanks to its modern avionics, considerable external load-carrying capability and performance, the M-345 is also suited for operational roles. Life cycle cost reduction is driven by long fatigue life and two-level maintenance, the latter made possible by the Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) that will eliminate the expensive general overhauls.

Avionics are based on the latest M-346 Advanced Jet Trainer experience and match the standards of the latest combat jets, including HOTAS controls, Head-Up Displays (HUD), Multi-Function Displays (MFD), the real-time datalink and the Embedded Tactical Training Simulation system resident on board the aircraft.

The aircraft is powered by a high efficient Williams FJ44-4M-34 turbofan in the 1,540 kg / 3,400 lbs. maximum thrust range. The airframe has +7/-3,5 g limit load factors. Operating efficiency is ensured by single-point pressure refueling and on-board oxygen generation (OBOGS), both of which reduce the need of ground support crews and turnaround times.

Hubiese sido bueno que al menos pudiese llevar Sidewinder ... sería un salto para Uruguay.

El tema es que no tienen radar
Viendo de donde viene...(por quien hace la nota).

Lo cierto es que no hay plata..., y el año que viene es electoral (nadie compra nada en esas épocas).
El L-39 lo ofrecieron hace años los israelíes, pero con radar virtual (veías lo que veían los radares en tierra), pero justamente no se quiso porque se quería uno con radar propio y principalmente bimotor, porque ya desde el vamos se sabe que el próximo caza podría ser el ultimo en verse por estos pagos..., pero más que nada porque esa era una época de "vacas gordas" (había bastante plata en la vuelta).
Como esto no prospero y después vino la crisis..., ahora se arrepienten.

Del M-345 esta totalmente descartado..., muy cara la adquisición.

No se descarta tampoco al L-15..., los chinos ofrecen muy buenas financiaciones..., el tema con ese es la confiabilidad (como proveedor) del motor ucraniano.

Otro requisito es que este operando en varias FFAA..., no creo que ese tano este operando en algún lado.

Alguna perspectiva sobre el M-345 HET?

Pregunto sobre si se anunció la adopción de nuevas capacidades en este avión... el más barato de la gama, y al parecer, estaría dentro de las posibilidades presupuestarias de Uruguay...

Porque no tiene radar ni misil de corto alcance integrado y lo primero era parte del requerimiento uruguayo de hace unos años atrás.
 
Tenes razon, me confundi con el M-346.
Igual creo que tiene más posibilidades un L-39 con los israelíes detrás.

Aero Vodochody has revealed further details of Senegal’s order for four new L-39NG jets that the Czech aerospace company announced on 4 April.
“The first two aircraft will be delivered in 2020 and the second pair in 2021,” Marco Venanzetti, vice president for the L-39NG programme, told Jane’s .
The company described the L-39NGs as ground attack and training aircraft, but Venanzetti said they would also have an air-to-air capability in the form of AIM-9L Sidewinder missiles carried on the ends of the wings where fuel pods are fitted on earlier L-39 variants.
He added that the fully digitised Elbit Systems Targo II helmet-mounted system would be integrated for the Senegalese aircraft.

Senegal’s L-39NGs to arrive in 2020 and 2021

Senegal’s four L-39NG jets will be delivered in 2020 and 2021, Aero Vodochody has revealed.

The company has also provided more detail on the armament and avionics the new aircraft will be fitted with. Speaking to IHS Jane’s Defence Weekly, Marco Venanzetti, vice president for the L-39NG programme, said Senegal’s aircraft will be fitted with AIM-9L Sidewinder missiles for an air-to-air capability. These will be mounted on the wingtips where the fuel tanks of previous L-39 versions were fitted.

Senegal’s L-39s will also be fitted with the Elbit Systems Targo II helmet-mounted system.

Senegal’s order for the L-39NGs, configured for light attack and training, was announced on 4 April. The contract will also cover the training of pilots, including conversion, instructor and combat training, maintenance personnel training, spare parts, ground support equipment and logistic support services.

In January, Aero started up the L-39NG pre-series production line. Aero is currently producing a total of four L-39NGs. The first and the fourth aircraft will be used for flight tests, the second one for static tests and the third for fatigue tests. The first flight of the new pre-series L-39NG is planned to happen at the end of 2018 with deliveries expected to start in early 2020. Full scale production is expected by 2022 with 16 units a year.

The L-39NG programme started in 2014. The aircraft is powered by a single Williams FJ44-4M engine with FADEC control and has five hardpoints for 1 200 kg of weapons (three more than previously). Other changes compared to the standard L-39 are wet wings without wingtip tanks, it has a 15 000 flight hour service life, lighter and stronger airframe and Health and Usage Monitoring System. The L-39NG uses 50% new parts and 50% parts taken from the existing L-39.

Aero Vodochody said that, after focussing on aerostructures, the Senegalese L-39NG sale represents the first international sale of new aircraft in 20 years.

At the moment the Senegalese Air Force doesn’t operate any jet aircraft. Its only ground attack platforms are old Mi-24/35 and Mi-17 helicopters. There were talks with Embraer in 2013, toward purchasing Super Tucano turboprops, but the deal was never finalized. But the four L-39NGs Senegal will receive, though being training aircraft, will feature five hard points for carrying weaponry, meaning they can easily switch to the light attack role.

Relations between the Czech Republic and Senegal are calm and friendly. The Czech diplomatic mission to Senegal reopened in the 2000s and official visits occur from time to time. In 2015 Czech Minister of Foreign Affairs Lubomír Zaorálek received his Senegalese counterpart, Mankeur Ndiaye, to discuss strengthening bilateral relations. Economic turnover between the two countries is $30 million, placing Senegal among the Czech Republic’s top sub-Saharan partners. Also, much hope is placed in the Czech Agricultural University’s Institute of Tropical and Subtropical Agriculture’s ongoing project to protect rare antelopes.
