Iran's air force is comprised of American, French, Russian and Chinese aircraft. In an attempt to simplify logistics, this F-14AM was configured to use Russian made R-27 semi active radar homing missiles. It appears this project has been dropped. Understandable if poor performance of R-27s in Ethiopian service is anything to go by.
